This Returns and Exchanges Policy is designed to assist you with your return. Kindly note that we are very sorry but all international orders are final sale (no returns or exchanges).

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS
Oze is concerned with its client’s satisfaction. Thus, Oze grants to its clients the possibility of exchanging the item(s) purchased, at your own expense and liability, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this case, Oze will bear the costs of the Return Postage. All items must be returned within 7 (seven) days calculated from the day you receive your order, and must be accompanied by original receipt issued at the time of purchase.
Please note that only the items that meet the requirements below will be RETURNABLE:
- Items must not be worn, altered, or washed
- Items must have all tags and labels attached
- Items must be in its original saleable condition
If you are not able to meet this requirements, Oze reserves the right to refuse an exchange of the item(s).
NON-RETURNABLE
